Before sending us your quilt be sure you have both the backing and top squared. Edges that do not lie flat can cause puckers when quilted. This also applies to your blocks within the quilt. If you wish to purchase backing or batting for your quilt top from WideFabrics please do a separate order and give special instructions for these to be used on your shipped top. Orders for these will be processed when quilt is completed. There is no extra charge for thread used in the quilting process. ( We do not use metallic thread.)

We return our quilts when quilting is finished and full payment has been received. Quilts are returned via United States Postal Service, insured for $200 at a charge of $15 in the continental US (unless special instructions direct us to do differently).

I would also strongly advise you to ship it to us with a $ (dollar) value insured against loss or damage. We are not responsible for loss or damages occurred during shipping.

On the average you can expect a three week turn around time except during the busy holiday season. During this time, we advise having it here by the last week in November.
